Your pipeline shouldn't live or die on your diary.
I work as your outsourced marketing function — strategy, execution, and accountability every month. No account managers, no juniors. Just me.
Referrals got you here. They won't get you where you're going.
Every accounting firm I speak to has grown the same way. Good work, happy clients, word of mouth. And for a while, that’s enough. Then it isn’t. A couple of clients leave. Referrals go quiet. And suddenly you’re reactive — chasing work you should have already won, taking on clients you wouldn’t normally touch, and wondering why the diary feels full but the pipeline feels empty.
What I actually do.
We start with positioning — what your firm actually stands for and who it's actually for. Then we build around it. Content that demonstrates expertise before anyone asks for it. A LinkedIn presence that generates real enquiries. Outreach that doesn't feel like spam. And a sales process that converts more of the conversations you're already having. Every month. With me personally.
1. Positioning & Messaging
Answering exactly who you serve, what you solve, and why they should choose you over the firm down the street.
2. Client Acquisition
Building predictable funnels that don't rely on you knowing the right people or waiting for introductions.
3. Content & Thought Leadership
Articles, LinkedIn strategies, and insights that actually sound like you — no generic tax deadline reminders.
4. Sales Process
Plugging the leaks in your discovery calls so when a good lead comes in, they actually convert to a client.
5. Monthly Execution
The actual doing. Managing campaigns, writing the copy, tracking the data, and iterating week by week.
6. Monthly Review
Transparent reporting on pipeline, leads, and ROI. You always know what is moving the needle.
This works best if:
- You're a firm owner who knows marketing matters but doesn't have time to do it properly
- You've tried agencies before and felt like you were funding their learning curve
- You want someone who understands the accounting profession — not just marketing
- You're ready to invest in building something that lasts, not just a campaign
This probably isn't right if:
- You want someone to hand a brief to and disappear
- You're looking for quick wins without any foundations
- You need a large agency team with multiple specialists
- You're not willing to be involved in the process at all
We talk (30 minutes)
We jump on a call. No pitch. Just a conversation to see if there's a fit.
I do my homework (Week 1–2)
You get a written diagnosis. A plain-English document that explains what is working, what is broken, and what the sequence of fixes should be.
The first 90 days (Month 1–3)
A clear plan with no surprises. We tighten positioning, rebuild the parts of your marketing that are leaking, and put a repeatable system in place.
Monthly from there (Ongoing)
We execute the plan. You get clear reporting on what moved the needle, and we iterate to keep the pipeline growing.
Questions I actually get asked.
You absolutely can. But you're running a firm. Do you have 15-20 hours a week to dedicate to writing content, managing ad budgets, updating the website, and reviewing analytics? The reason firms hire me is to buy back their time while ensuring the marketing actually happens consistently.
Marketing isn't a light switch, it's a flywheel. You'll see immediate improvements in your messaging and positioning within weeks. But building a sustainable pipeline that generates leads while you sleep usually takes 3 to 6 months of consistent execution.
My core expertise and networks are in the UK and UAE. I understand the regulatory environments, the software ecosystems, and the culture in these regions deeply. If you are outside these markets, we might still be a fit, but we should talk first to make sure.
Let's find out if this is the right fit.
